Advertising Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to campaign plans and any other material submitted to bisarolosolution. The current workspace records plans; saving a campaign does not publish an advertisement or connect to a media supplier. Any separately agreed advertising service remains subject to its written scope and applicable third-party rules.

2. Honest and lawful content

Customers must ensure that advertising claims are accurate, substantiated and lawful in each intended location. Ads must identify their commercial nature where required. Landing pages must match the claims made and must not use fake warnings, disguised controls, false urgency or misleading offers.

3. Prohibited material

• Unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive offers.
• Malware, spyware or attempts to compromise systems.
• Hate, harassment, incitement to violence or exploitation of children.
• Illegal goods, counterfeit products or infringement of intellectual property.
• Material that violates privacy or uses personal data without a lawful basis.

4. Restricted categories

Alcohol, gambling, political advertising and health claims may be subject to additional legal or channel restrictions. Recording a plan does not indicate permission, approval or acceptance of these categories. Do not proceed with any advertising unless all necessary permissions and applicable restrictions have been checked.

5. Customer responsibility for targeting and data

You are responsible for your creative, destinations, claims, audience sources, targeting choices and intended advertising locations. Obtain the necessary rights, lawful bases and consents and respect objections and opt-outs. Do not submit unlawfully obtained personal data, attempt re-identification or use targeting that unlawfully discriminates. Review any outputs independently.

6. Review and enforcement

We may refuse, restrict, remove or archive submitted material, request corrections or suspend access for policy, security, legal or operational reasons. A saved draft or any review is not a legal endorsement, certification, media-provider approval or guarantee of delivery. Where practical, we will explain an enforcement decision and consider a review request. No impressions, conversions or other advertising result is guaranteed.

7. Third-party scope

Third-party publishers and platforms apply their own policies and remain responsible for matters within their control. This policy does not claim that we operate live inventory screening, third-party traffic filtering or media integrations.

8. Concerns and updates

Send policy concerns or review requests, including the relevant record details, to info@bisarolo.com. We may revise this policy and will provide appropriate notice of material changes. Nothing here excludes non-excludable rights or obligations under applicable law.
